Bill Hart is a coach for Building Champions, www.buildingchampions.com, and has enjoyed a dynamic 25 year sales and consulting career highlighted by the development of long-term relationships and high profile visibility in the real estate and mortgage industries, primarily in the areas of sales and marketing, public presentations and strategic partnering.

Bill has served as the Director of Recruiting for the Southern California Region of Century 21 Real Estate Corporation, Vice President/General Manager of the Mike Ferry Organization, and Senior Vice President of The Duncan Group, where he traveled the country speaking to real estate and mortgage audiences about high performance agents and loan originators in the real estate and mortgage industries.

For the past 14 years, Bill was the voice of FrontRunner Resource’s “Real Estate Performance System” (REPS), the monthly audio interview series showcasing top-producing agents. During that time, Bill interviewed over 150 of the Country’s top REALTORS, closing an average of 151 transactions annually. During the recent industry slowdown, FrontRunner closed their doors, but Bill was encouraged to continue the interview series. Bill recently launched TalkJet® to that end.

Throughout the year, Bill speaks to audiences of REALTORS and Loan Originators on the best practices he’s learned from the top players in each field of endeavor. Bill travels across North America with these events, and most recently, twice to Australia.

The author of numerous articles on his observations regarding the best agents in North America, Bill has been featured in a variety of industry publications.

Bill resides in Moorpark, California with his wife Toni and enjoys time with their church, family, reading and playing golf. (OK, sometimes that order changes a bit).
